NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Scott, Lincoln County, WI, has received Application for Alcohol Beverage License Renewal to sell fermented malt beverages and/or intoxicating liquor within the limits of the Town of Scott, Lincoln County, Wisconsin, for the period beginning February 23, 2026 and ending June 30, 2026, from the following:

              Rusty Moon Acres, W4754 County Road Q, Merrill WI 54452

Application was reviewed and contingently approved by the Town Board on February 16, 2026.  Pending final review by the Clerk and barring any objection, said licenses will be issued accordingly.
