Notice of Voting Equipment Audit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis.Stat. § 7.08 and Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C § 21081, The Town of Scott) will conduct a voting system audit on November 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lincoln County Service Center located at 801 N Sales St., Merrill WI.  The reporting unit to be audited is the DS200 & ExpressVote systems, which utilizes ballot tabulating voting system. The reporting unit and contests were randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
